When I open the app, I get a red screen with white box in the upper right hand corner

We are aware of this issue when using an Apple® iPad Air® device which has been updated to iOS® 8. Apple® made many improvements and this is the only version of the iPad® in which this error occurs. We have updated our system and a new update is pending Apple® approval. We anticipate this to be available by 10/17.
